Operational Principle

The feed pipe continuously introduces material into the high-speed horizontal drum, where components of varying densities stratify rapidly under the powerful centrifugal force. The denser solid particles settle on the inner drum wall and are continuously transported toward the conical section by a scroll conveyor that rotates at a predetermined differential speed in relation to the drum. The solids are discharged through the solids outlet. The inner liquid ring is formed by the lighter liquid phase, which is discharged from the opposite end of the drum. In three-phase separation, the two liquids of varying densities stratify further and discharge separately through their respective outlets, thereby accomplishing continuous solid-liquid-liquid separation.

Its pusher centrifuge, disc stack separator, decanter centrifuge, and screen scroll centrifuge platforms can be configured according to material properties, required throughput, separation targets and operating conditions.
