HZZZ is a member enterprise of the manufacturing division of Hangzhou Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd., a Fortune Global 500 group. Our manufacturing foundation is based on the Zhejiang Qingji Centrifuge Factory, which was established in 2003. The factory operates from a 100,000 m² production base in the Fuyang Industrial Park, Hangzhou, and has an annual capacity of over 1,000 units.
With more than twenty years of manufacturing experience, HZZZ provides a wide range of products that exceed the standardisation of separation equipment. We develop technical solutions and customised machinery for specific operating conditions, such as the concentration of latex, the extraction of lithium battery material, the treatment of wastewater, the crystallisation of salt, and the concentration of fine chemical materials.
HZZZ maintains a rigorous quality management system that is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, in addition to CE product certification, to guarantee compliance with global markets. The company has also led or contributed to six Chinese national and industry standards and holds 14 patents.

The zhejiang separation machinery enterprise research institute and the zhejiang high-tech enterprise R&D center are the two primary R&D platforms that HZZZ operates. Our capabilities extend from fundamental materials research to complex process simulation through a materials analysis center and separation laboratory.
Our workplace is outfitted with over 100 machine tools and more than 70% of the machine tools are CNC-controlled. More than 20 large and medium high-precision machining centers conduct single-setup, five-face machining of complicated structural elements, resulting in dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerance, and consistency for core components such as the base, bearing housing, and drum.
Critical assembly takes place in a temperature-controlled assembly room, where precise bearings, seals, and other core components are assembled in a stable, clean environment free of temperature fluctuations and dust. Dedicated dynamic balancing machines and inspection systems provide balancing correction above industry standards to the drum, the heart component that determines running stability, reducing residual imbalance and suppressing operational vibration at the source.
Every product leaving the factory undergoes final verification on a digitally monitored test-run platform. The platform collects, stores, and analyses full-dimensional operating data in real time, including speed, temperature, vibration, current, and energy usage, and provides a report for each machine, providing customers with visible, verifiable proof of performance.
HZZZ utilises a sophisticated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system that integrates quality specifications from the design phase, change management, production status, and post-sales feedback into a cohesive, traceable cycle. All quality-related data and processes are consolidated and fully traceable.
