The solid wall disc stack centrifuge is a separation machine that is based on the structural characteristics and working principle of the disc stack separator. It is primarily composed of the base, drive assembly, drum, and casing, and it is vertically configured with a bottom-supported drum. The purity of the separated liquid is diminished as sediment accumulates on the inner drum wall over time after the machine has been in operation. The machine is halted, the drum is opened, the internal sediment is manually removed, and the drum is cleaned when the clarity no longer meets the requirements. All material-contact parts are constructed from high-quality stainless steel. The primary function of the machine is to extract water and small quantities of solid impurities from natural or synthetic latex, resulting in a concentrated, clean latex.

Suspension that has been previously screened A penetrates the drum's conical disc stack. Under the high-speed centrifugal force, a small amount of solid impurities B accumulates on the inner drum wall, heavy liquid C flows toward the outer side of the discs, and light liquid D moves toward the inner side, separating the light liquid, heavy liquid, and solid impurities of varying densities within the suspension. When a certain quantity of solid impurity accumulates on the drum wall, it begins to impact separation performance, necessitating the machine's shutdown and cleaning with specialised instruments.
